Richie serves as a Associate, Data Analytics at Merit Hill Capital where he is responsible for the development, ownership, and optimization of the firm’s end-to-end data and BI reporting infrastructure. He designs and automates data pipelines to support scalable workflows and enhance the firm’s analytics and reporting capabilities.

Before joining Merit Hill Capital, Richie worked as a Data Analyst in the insurance industry at Guy Carpenter on the Catastrophe Advisory team. In this role, he analyzed large portfolios of policyholder data to assess catastrophic risk and supported billions of dollars in reinsurance transactions.

Richie graduated from Bates College in 2023 with a B.A. in Mathematics and Psychology and a minor in Digital and Computational Studies.
