Ms. Lily O’Brien serves as an Analyst with Asset Management and works on dispositions for Merit Hill Capital. Before joining the firm, Lily served as a Summer Analyst at Harrison Street Asset Management, where she oversaw and conducted Hold-Sell analyses across a portfolio of Student Housing, Senior Living, and Medical Office assets.

Lily earned her B.A. in Economics with a minor in Philosophy from Georgetown University.
