Ms. Maggie McKernan serves as an Analyst, Investments for Merit Hill Capital where she assists in the evaluation and underwriting of new self-storage investments.

Before joining Merit Hill Capital in 2025, Maggie was a Summer Analyst at Jordan Park where she assisted with client wealth management on their Asset Management team and provided support to their Real Assets team.

Maggie graduated from the University of Virginia in 2025 with a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Business.
