Mr. Andres Rodriguez serves as Vice President of Asset Management at Merit Hill where he assists in the oversight of the day-to-day activities and operations at the 396 properties currently under ownership.  Additionally, he assists in identifying and executing value-add capital expenditure projects as well as expansion opportunities across the portfolio.

Before joining Merit Hill, Andres served as the Director of Asset Management for Madison Capital Group, where he was responsible for managing the Go Store It Self Storage portfolio which consisted of 200 self-storage assets located across the country – representing $1.8 billion in asset value. Prior to Madison Capital Group Andres held roles with Nuveen Real Estate and CBRE.

Andres graduated from Wesleyan University with a B.A. in Economics and earned a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
