Ms. Chantel L. Dixon serves as Project Coordinator, Asset Management at Merit Hill Capital where she assists Project Managers with overseeing Property Management and construction projects at Merit Hill properties across the country. Chantel assists in managing and overseeing the successful completion of multiple projects. In addition, with coordinating teams, resources, while tracking budget costs to ensure successful project delivery.

Prior to joining Merit Hill Capital, Chantel worked at GOSR Program for disaster recovery projects funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR).  Overseeing the administrative aspects of construction projects, produce reports for senior management, while working on multiple concurrent construction projects to reduce risk, maximize benefits and minimize costs.

Chantel graduated with a Master of Arts Liberal Studies with concentration in Public Administration from St. John’s University, and Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology, from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
