Mr. Chris Hildebrand serves as Vice President, Controller for Merit Hill Capital and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.  Mr. Hildebrand graduated from Texas A&M University in 2004 with both a B.B.A. and M.S. in Accounting from Mays Business School.  Mr. Hildebrand began his career in Audit at Ernst & Young, LLP in Dallas, Texas from 2004-2008.  From 2008-2017, Mr. Hildebrand served as the Accounting Manager for Capstead Mortgage Corporation, a Dallas-based publicly-traded mortgage REIT.  Mr. Hildebrand joined Merit Hill Capital in December 2017 and resides in Dallas with his wife and two children.
