Mr. Colton Hoffman serves as an Associate, Investments for Merit Hill Capital where he assists in the evaluation and underwriting of new self-storage investments.

Prior to joining Merit Hill Capital in 2023, Colton was a Summer Analyst at Bridge Investment Group where he assisted in the acquisition, asset management, and disposition of assets for the multifamily team.

Colton graduated Cum Laude in 2023 with a B.S. in Business Enterprise Management from The Wake Forest University School of Business and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
