Mr. Curt Jones serves as a Project Manager at Merit Hill Capital where he oversees Facilities Management, and Special Construction Projects for the western U.S. region.

Prior to joining Merit Hill Capital, Mr. Jones worked at Public Storage, Extra Space Storage, and Asset Preservation Group for a total of 35 years in the Self-Storage industry.

Curt graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree and currently resides in Seattle, Washington.
