Ms. Lauren Diaz serves as a Assistant Vice President, Asset Management for Merit Hill Capital. Before joining Merit Hill, Lauren was an Asset Management Analyst at SITE Centers, a publicly traded REIT that invests in shopping centers. In addition to overseeing her asset portfolio, Lauren also provided support to the capital markets and investor relations teams. Before SITE, Lauren worked at prop-tech company Compstak and was a Development Intern at CV Properties LLC. She graduated from Tufts University in 2020 where she studied Economics and Classics.
