Ms. Stephanie Buchheim serves as an Associate with Asset Management. Prior to joining Merit Hill Capital, Stephanie worked on the acquisition and asset management teams at Tristar Management Associates. She oversaw a portfolio of 80+ multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties and took part in the acquisition of over $150 million in assets during her time at the firm.

Before Tristar, Stephanie worked as an Underwriting Analyst at Meridian Capital Group, contributing to the placement of over $5 billion in commercial real estate debt. Stephanie worked at Flatiron Realty Capital as an Asset Management Analyst, overseeing an $80 million commercial loan portfolio after graduation.

Stephanie graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in 2021 with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
