Mr. Thomas McIntire serves as an Analyst, Investments for Merit Hill Capital where he assists in the evaluation and underwriting of new self-storage investments.
Prior to joining Merit Hill Capital in 2024, Thomas was a Summer Analyst at Taurus Investment Holdings in Boston, MA where he assisted in the acquisition of assets for the industrial team.
Thomas graduated from The College of the Holy Cross in 2023 with a B.A. in Economics and received his M.S. in Finance from Villanova University in 2024.
